Day 2 Retrospective

Yesterday I finally finished the procedural rooms system! YAY! 
I've also added a door & corridors system between rooms and I made the lights turn on when you enter a room and turn off when you leave(because, you know, the company don't want you to waste energy, but they say that its because they are eco-friendly).

Everything is a little buggy right now and needs more polishing to work properly, I'm not sure about the corridor lenght as well, I might make it a little longer but I also don't want the player to walk too much between rooms, it might get boring.

Also the bullet trigger is colliding with the door trigger and I have no idea why since both are trigger colliders. Might just make layers for the doors and make it so they never ever interact with each other.

And now we have enemies too, capsules that follow you around and don't do much more than that lol. I might finish up the combat today with enemies attacking you or shooting at you. I'm also thinking about making some navmesh system to make them a little smarter. My girlfriend noticed that enemies can push you out of the walls so that must be fixed too(but i guess it will when I make enemies behave properly. Weapon system will be tweaked as well to make you autoshoot with mousedown and other cool stuff.

I also have to make everything look prettier, add some materials, textures, proper lighting, some post-pros maybe. I noticed how it makes a difference when you have a polished-looking prototype.

After that I guess its just a matter of making the progression and adding content and that's it! Hope I can get everything done this week.
